Submission is only the start of review; it does not make a file part of the knowledge base. Text intended for a shared corpus must pass the applicable anonymisation and editorial process before adoption. Avoid unnecessary personal data, and only upload documents you are entitled to share. Original files remain restricted to the contribution-review workflow. Every approved contribution earns you a voucher for 1 month free — once your contribution is approved, our team will send the voucher code to the email address you provide below.
Prepare a reviewable contribution
Before selecting files
- Confirm that you are entitled to share the document for this review purpose, including any client, court, contractual, copyright, or confidentiality restrictions.
- Remove files that are unrelated, duplicated, corrupted, password-locked without reviewer instructions, or included only as convenience copies.
- Where practical, use descriptive filenames and identify the operative or final version. Keep annexures with a clear parent-document reference.
What to put in the notes
- Describe the document type, practice area, approximate period, court or originating context, and whether the set is complete.
- Flag scans, handwriting, poor image quality, missing pages, superseded versions, sealed material, or information reviewers should handle carefully.
- Do not use the notes field to provide legal advice or unnecessary personal information about a client, witness, child, patient, employee, or third party.
What happens after submission?
- The upload and contribution record are sent for review; a successful upload does not mean that the document has been approved or published.
- Reviewers may assess relevance, readability, authority to use, confidentiality risks, duplication, and whether further preparation is required.
- Text intended for a shared corpus must pass the applicable anonymisation and editorial process. The original file remains separate from public corpus text.
- If a contribution is approved, any voucher communication is sent using the email supplied in this form. Submission alone does not create a voucher entitlement.
